The ideal candidate will take an active role in developing and implementing legal strategy and takes pride in delivering exceptionally thorough and persuasive legal memoranda, analysis and reasoning. The litigation associate will perform legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs, as well as represent clients in depositions and court/arbitration proceedings. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and analytical abilities and 2-5 years of civil litigation experience. Prior construction defect experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent academic credentials required.
