Location: Fargo, ND, US Position: Life Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities: • Foster strong connections with clients • Successfully complete a comprehensive two-year training program • Develop expertise and skills to provide customized guidance and effective financial strategies At New York Life, agents are empowered to deliver exceptional client service by: • Collaborating in a diverse team environment that values individuals from all backgrounds • Accessing opportunities for professional development and the ability to positively influence individuals' financial well-being Responsibilities:• Develop strong client relationships by providing exceptional care and support• Complete a thorough two-year training program to acquire the necessary skills for tailored financial guidance• Demonstrate expertise in financial strategies to meet clients' needs effectively• Work collaboratively in a diverse team environment that values individuals from all backgrounds• Seize opportunities for professional growth and positively impact clients' financial well-being• Understand and address clients' financial concerns and needs with empathy and expertise• Educate clients on proactive financial planning for future security and unforeseen circumstances• Customize financial solutions to help clients achieve their long-term goals• Build a network and seek out new clients to grow an insurance and financial practice• Provide compassionate guidance during challenging life events and circumstances• Focus on establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships based on trust and community support Qualifications:• Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients• Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter• Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals• Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security• Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients• Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise• Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community over time• Please Note: We, unfortunately, can only accept applicants who are either US Citizens or reside within the United States.
