We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment• React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures Qualifications: • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required Compensation: $16.50 - $17.50 hourly About Company: Conveniently located in downtown Binghamton’s business and government districts.
