You will also play a key role in setting and measuring performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and empower field operations staff through coaching, mentoring, and training, ensuring their success in achieving company goals. Provide steadfast support to team leads in troubleshooting complex issues, demonstrating resourcefulness and agility as needed. Support technicians with pricing expertise and technical know-how. Collaborate on training, inspections, and disciplinary actions. Showcase your HVAC expertise by performing repairs, maintenance, and installations. Master the repair and maintenance of diverse HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance. Extend the lifespan of residential HVAC systems through proactive maintenance. Build strong customer relationships based on trust and satisfaction. Deliver timely and high-quality repairs, always prioritizing customer needs. Maintain a meticulous standard for your team's inspections and repairs. Required Skills and Experience: HVAC technical experience is required for this position. A minimum of 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in skilled trades. Knowledge of residential services is a must. Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through. Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check. Excellent leadership, customer care, and communication skills.
