ROUSH YATES MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS: WHO WE ARE Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions is a precision CNC parts manufacturing organization with expertise in multi-axis machining of metal parts with complex geometries. We produce machined parts for the automotive, aerospace, military and industrial industries. Responsibilities for this CNC Machinist 2nd Shift position You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment while setting up and operating 5-axis CNC mills with precision and expertise. Your keen eye for detail will shine as you align holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials onto machines to manufacture parts to exact tolerances and specifications. By measuring and testing completed units, you'll ensure top-notch quality and adherence to our high standards. With a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our innovative designs to life. Gear up for a dynamic and rewarding career! Get ready to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, high-energy manufacturing environment where every part you create makes a difference! JOB QUALIFICATIONS 3-5+ Years of experience in CNC machining. The individual must possess a keen sense of attention to detail. Experience setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machines. Ability to use measuring tools; Micrometers, Calipers, and Bore Gauges. Manufacture parts within tolerance and specifications. Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance AMSE Y14.5. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Must perform all duties in conjunction with quality system requirements. In depth understanding of manual & CNC equipment capability part processing and machining. POSITION REQUIREMENTS This individual must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. There will be long periods of standing while you work. We want you to be safe, so you will be required to follow company established safety procedures. This individual must meet minimum vision standards, corrected or uncorrected, as follows: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8. Last, but not least, for ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident. Get started with our team!
