The unit is close to both local hospitals and minutes away from popular restaurants. The monthly fee is $595 or $110 per night. All payments are due prior to check-in/arrival. A valid I.D will also be required at check-in/arrival, a criminal background check will also be conducted prior to your arrival. No drugs, alcohol or parties are allowed in the unit. A security system is monitoring the upper level of the home at all times as well as a neighborhood watch. Again, this is a great suite available for a traveling professional.
