Position Overview: As a Service Now Senior Technical Consultant, you will leverage your extensive expertise in the Service Now platform to design, develop, and implement innovative workflows and processes. You will work closely with a dedicated team to maximize the potential of the Service Now platform for our clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives. This role includes the responsibility of leading teams, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the growth of the Service Now practice. You will also have the opportunity to earn certifications and advance your career. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with colleagues to design, develop, and implement workflows and processes using the Service Now platform. Conduct value-based backssments and workshops to help clients optimize their business results with Service Now. Support bid opportunities for Service Now projects, contributing to revenue growth and expanding our client base. Maintain detailed system documentation capturing solution designs for both implementation and ongoing support. Strive to optimize the Service Now platform's " out of the box" features to meet client requirements effectively. Utilize your experience to provide input into the implementation and support costs for new solutions. Essential Skills: Demonstrable experience in at least one of the following Service Now applications: Customer Service Management CSM, Field Service Management FSM, or IT Service Management ITSM.
