This permanent role offering up to £80,000 based in Mirfield will allow the successful candidate the opportunity to build experience in multiple areas of the business, enhancing their skillset. As Engineering Manager the successful applicant will receive a benefits package that including bonus, DC pension scheme & AVC, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, gym membership, enhanced maternity & paternity leave and 25 days’ annual leave plus statutory holidays. Responsibilities of the successful Engineering Manager: All work is executed in compliance with business, regulatory, costs and timescale requirements Clear prioritised project list in line with Site Goals, team engaged and aligned Provision of excellent maintenance activities. High levels of plant availability. Effective planned maintenance Compliance with all EHS and regulatory requirements. All validation and quality requirements are met. Provision of process and technical expertise. The successful Engineering Manager will have relevant experience working in a Chemical/medical manufacturing environment or in a similar industry. Applicants will ideally hold a degree in a relevant discipline and preferably be chartered. Working knowledge of key regulatory aspects e. g. HSE and Environment Agency & working knowledge of COMAH regulations would be highly advantageous when applying for this role.
