This is an exciting opportunity for a laboratory-based scientist to join the Bioconjugation group in Tumour Targeted Delivery (TTD)-Chemistry Site, London, UK. You will become part of a growing team of Bioconjugation scientists and play a pivotal role in the delivery of robust and high-quality data to support drug discovery projects within the Oncology portfolio. Working collaboratively with other disciplines across Astra Zeneca you will have the opportunity to contribute to the research and development for early phase projects. You should have a background in Oncology/Biology/Chemical Biology and a strong passion for experimental work and delivering data from the laboratory. You will use your scientific judgement, strong ability to analyse experimental data and use effective communication skills to contribute to decision making for early-stage drug discovery programmes. As a Bioconjugation Scientist, you'll have a deep understanding of the range of analytical procedures relating to bioanalysis/bioscience. You will expertly design and conduct laboratory projects/experiments, develop analytical methods, and generate, interpret, and report scientific data to relevant stakeholder.
