Are you an experienced Ecologist with a history of team leadership? This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious and organised Principal / Associate level Ecologist who enjoys project management and developing strong relationships. Our client, who boasts a highly successful team of Ecologists, requires a managerially focused individual to spearhead the team across a wide range of projects. The Role: As an Associate Ecologist, you are expected to deliver not only on the technical side, but also offering project management and managing the wider Ecology team. While standard Ecological survey work will be expected, engagement on the client side is also essential, with proposals for both local and large multidisciplinary projects. Preparation and quality control of your own, and junior staffs, reports relating to EIA documents, Habitat Regulations backssments and for provision to stakeholders will be another primary focus. This opportunity will suit an individual who not only looks to improve their own skills and career, but also will offer as much input into CPD of junior staff, bettering the whole business.
