Job Description: We are currently looking for a skilled Builder to join our team in London. You will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work across various retail locations and petrol stations in your local area covering around 16 sites. Responsibilities: General building work such as brick laying and repairs, general plumbing, repairs to the car parks and trolley parks, filling in holes inside and outside General maintenance inside - basic electrics changing sockets door repairs, wall repairs Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Respond to emergency maintenance requests during on-call periods. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report findings to the supervisor.
