Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Manager Are you a seasoned professional with a successful track record in managing the quality of electronic and software products My Client a leading provider of advanced critical alarm and communication systems in the acute healthcare sector, is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead our quality assurance efforts. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and review compliance to ISO9001 & LPS1014. Develop and update the Quality Management System QMS in alignment with the company's strategic goals. Foster a company culture with quality and customer satisfaction at its core. Lead and promote quality philosophies and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related matters. Conduct risk backssments and lead corrective actions when required. Monitor and measure performance through relevant data and statistical reports. Lead the Quality Assurance team, including training and development. Manage Supplier Quality Assurance for outsourced parts, products, and services. Requirements: Educated to degree level in an engineering/science discipline. Proven experience as a quality manager in an ISO9001 company producing electronic and software-based products. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach. In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. Demonstrable experience in root cause analysis techniques e. g. 8D, DMAIC, FMEA.
