A manufacturing company is seeking Production Assemblers for full-time positions. There are openings on both first and second shifts with overtime available. Responsibilities: Handle all assembly and production tasksOperate all assembly, calibration, and test equipmentMeet or exceed all established engineering time standardsMake all final quality control inspections and certify products are read to shipMaintain an orderly and safe working environmentInteract successfully with all department personnelActively participate in efforts to establish and maintain an on-going efficient, professional, and pleasant working environmentPerform other duties as assigned Job RequirementsQualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or GEDAt least 3 years assembly experience is desiredMust have knowledge of UCI Manufacturing and production processesMust be able to interpret Engineering and QA DocumentsMust have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsMust be able and willing to switch work assignments as neededMust have the ability to maintain a high productivity and problem solving thought processMust be able to properly train new employeesMust have the ability to maintain required level of productivity and accuracyMust have a solid work historyOnly candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
