When working for a Service Now Elite Partner, enables you to have ongoing training and certifications paid from the employer. This allows you the time and space to grow and nurture your Service Now expertise. In this role, you lead a team of TC while taking responsibility for implementing ITSM. You will be a Service Now Technical Consultant responsible for the team configuring and developing solutions, as well as meeting customers face-to-face. You will need to have 3+ years of Service Now Technical Consultant experience and some experience leading a team. Service Now Certifications such as Specialist implementation ITSM is a must. The role requires a British National that currently holds or can obtain SC Clearance. This role gives you the chance to join a partner who encourages their employees to gain new certifications and go through new Service Now learning paths all paid for.
