Finance Officer ( Part-time ) 4 days a week Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: £25k - £32k FTE Do ESimpson Judge is currently working with a growing hospitality business based in Manchester City Centre. This is permanent part-time opportunity to work within an expanding business. This is perfect for an experienced individual to help guide the financial side of the business and gain more exposure. Roles/ Responsibilities Managing the sales ledger. Processing invoices. Bank reconciliations. Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks. Managing and collecting debts from company debtors. Setting up the terms of credit for new clients. Negotiating payment plans. Managing the collection of all payments and debts. Responding to client inquiries. Preparing statements and reports for the company accountant. Liaising with customers and the sales team. Skills/ Experience- Must have had experience working within the Hospitality industry - Experience in a similar role - Experience with using Xero - Proficient with Excel - Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well within a group as well as independently Interested in finding out more?
