Owing to their ongoing success, they are actively seeking a Group Quality Assurance Manager to join their team at the Head Office in Central London. To redesign and oversee the quality function across every construction project. Establish and uphold quality systems, policies, and procedures in accordance with industry standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant construction projects. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Quality Controls Implement systematic quality control protocols and management systems for construction activities, maintaining consistent quality standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites, addressing deviations from set standards. Develop and execute continuous improvement programs, identifying and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure projects align with approved plans, budgets, and timelines. Stay informed about industry trends and legislative changes. Monitor subcontractor performance in addressing reported defects. Contribute to the customer scoring program. Data Analysis and Reporting Monitor quality metrics, including defects, rework, and customer complaints for areas of improvement. Coordinate site-specific Non-Conformance Reporting, conducting trend analysis and providing statistics. Investigate root causes of quality issues and propose corrective actions.
