Wifi ,electricity and water bills are split between all three roommates. Comes with a spacious back porch. Current tenants are friendly and welcoming. Both of which are males but male and female tenants are welcome. The complex is a 5 minute drive from UGA campus. There is ample street parking and two parking spots at the back of the house.
