Quality Engineer - Tonbridge, Kent - Up to £50,000/year A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Quality Engineer to join a growing team in Kent specialising in the manufacturing of road maintenance vehicles. In this role, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of processes and products and recommends revisions of indicated specifications. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing quality standards. Developing and implementing quality control systems. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements. Requirements: Familiar with ISO 9001/IATF 16949. Working knowledge of lean principles. Six sigma green belt certified. Create internal/external audit plans. Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP and 8D problem solving.
