Cash automation analyst Location: Toronto, or Montréal, Canada We are currently looking for a full-time Cash automation analyst at our GTA or Montreal locations. The Cash automation analyst is responsible for the monitoring, validation, and presentation of demand forecasts within an assigned portfolio. As well as back-office support of the Smartsafe operations. The analyst works collaboratively with key stakeholders and supports, update and does the maintenance of internal business models. He/She also is accountable for intercompany inventory transfers, generation of KPI reports and cross-checking out of cash events. Responsibilities: Proficient in the use of forecasting and model building software. Maintain relevant reports pertaining to forecasting and automation processes. Manage the daily review and adjustments of ATM/Smartsafe forecasts. Adjust the safety stock levels based on customer demands. Daily monitoring of Packed Orders and Actual Usage, highlighting areas of concern and work with Operations teams (i. e. timing, ship dates, order tracking). Complete various daily and weekly residual, service level, forecast accuracy and KPI tracking reports. Analyze the forecasting system results to identify missing, incomplete, or invalid information. Deliver and communicate final replenishment quantities to Operation teams daily. Analyze data to draw insights to drive critical decision-making. Drive further analysis to identify areas of improvement and create an action plan. Perform Smartsafe administrative work as required. Qualifications: Minimum of one year of forecasting, planning and project monitoring experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience Excellent systems and MS Excel knowledge Flexible and resilient to changes. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently. Strong written and verbal skills, with the.
