In this position, you'll be engaged in dynamic ITOM projects for major enterprises, taking on challenging tasks. Your central responsibility will involve spearheading the implementation of Discovery Services infrastructure. Direct collaboration with clients will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring their requirements and preferences are effectively addressed and fulfilled. You will be working remotely and sometimes in the office, depending on the projects. To be the right fit for the position: Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field. Have a strong background in Service Now infrastructure. Previously worked with external clients. Fluent Dutch speaker and full professional proficiency in English. Service Now certifications & ITOM module experience.
