The purpose of this post is to ensure quality of delivery of repairs within the target time frame and ensure efficient and productive scheduling of our technician's diaries ensuring we are offering our residents the best repairs service possible. The successful candidate will need to be IT literate inclusive of Word, Excel and Outlook and be able to multitask and carry out daily admin tasks promptly and efficiently, have an eye for detail, and be a team player. You will work collaboratively with front line repairs customer services and promote #drivingimprovement and #workingasone with Paradigms front line technicians. It's fast paced so you will need stamina and resilience with a real focus on quality. You will need to have/be: Previous experience in customer services and or co-ordinating/scheduling, either in a call-centre / service centre operation or property maintenance environment. Commitment to excellent service delivery and the ability to deliver customer outcomes. Team Player with the ability to communicate well across all levels and support colleagues. Methodical approach with strong problem-solving skills to maximise effectiveness in the role. Working in a fast moving and ever-changing environment, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent organisational skills with.
