Job Title: Team Leader, Quality Control Department: Competition: 86563 Internal/External: Both Employment Type: Full Time Permanent Location: Remote, Office or Hybrid: NS/NB/PE/NL/ON Salary: Competitive Compensation Reports To: Manager, Support Services Apply By: December 17, 2023 Your every day with us: As the Team Leader, Quality Control, you will be responsible for leading, developing and supporting a multidisciplinary team of professional Quality Control Analysts and Quality Assurance Specialists who champion continuous process improvement initiatives through quality at source practices and establish quality controls and standards. They support and lead initiatives such as calibration working with Operations SMEs (subject matter experts), the monthly SDI (Service Delivery Index) report, ad hoc performance quality controls, defect trending and internal & external audits. You will also: Provide leadership and direction in the day-to-day operation of the team. Analyze individual and team performance.
