About the Team The Student Academic Services Product Management team is a diverse group of professionals with a common purpose - to empower students to achieve their educational objectives and improve the experience for administrators, so they are able to support their students effectively. We collaborate with each other, and our scrum teams, as we represent the voice of the customer in shaping a product that has the potential to transform higher education. About the Role We are looking for an Inbound Product Manager to join the Student Academic Services team to help us address some of the most fundamental challenges in Higher Education, especially as they relate to our Curriculum Management, Registration, and Academic Advising Products. In this role you will: Work directly with customers to research and understand the diverse problems faced by students and administrators Create detailed product specifications to guide your scrum.
