The Rough Sleeper service and Housing Solutions team have been developed and expanded over the past years to address the needs of rough sleepers and customers facing homelessness whilst working collaboratively with partners within Norfolk more widely. The role will be to support the Rough Sleeper and Housing Solutions team and lead on the coordination of move through between the council and supported accommodation providers for customers requiring this provision. What you could be part of. District Councils are working with households to find sustainable housing options. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing solutions to homeless customers requiring access to supported accommodation and supporting our dedicated team to support and prevent rough sleeping across South Norfolk and Broadland. Providing a service across three local authority areas, Broadland, Breckland and South Norfolk Councils. Create robust working relationships with existing residents in supported accommodation to allow quick move on to long term accommodation. Foster and develop proactive working with supported accommodation providers to identify customers move on options. Complete backssments for each customers support needs and risk to allocate a suitable placement within the supported accommodation provision where appropriate.
