communication, IT, teamwork, attention to detail The Vacancy About the role: To be responsible for the production of customer data requests including Subject Access Requests SARs, Disrepair Disclosures, Court Disclosures and Erasure Requests. You will have responsibility for accurately extracting customer data from our systems and redacting information, ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines at all times. You will work alongside the Data and Insight team to ensure our customer data accurate and stored correctly. You will assist with the cleansing of Customer data as required. The work requires a methodical and patient mindset as there is a lot of data to read and process. In addition, you will support the Process & Systems Manager in identifying and recommending ways to improve processes within the Customer Directorate around the management of customer information. We want to hear from people who are passionate about putting our customers first and possess a strong work ethic and a flexible approach with great collaborative abilities. About you: You will have great communication and teamwork skills but also the ability to work alone. An analytical mindset with a very strong attention to detail. Be able to work to legislative timescales. A good knowledge of GDPR guidelines. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and extremely organised with the ability to manage your own workload.
