Are you an innovative web developer that's interested in solving unique programming challenges on the back-end while creating beautiful user experiences on the front-end? Are you looking to lead a team of web developers in creating a broad ecosystem of web tools and applications?Principal Responsibilities Maintaining an existing Laravel web application with 150,000+ active users. Creating new LMS web application features utilizing all of Laravel's advanced functionality. Building and maintaining first-party and third-party API integrations. Creating intuitive and user-friendly web experiences for isolved staff, resellers, and customers. Working with a team of developers to share workload, collaborate on feature and UI development, and plan sprints together. Handle support requests that are escalated to development for things like database edits, bug fixes, and advanced on-demand reporting. Essential Requirements Portfolio of website design and development projects available for review. 2+ years' experience in developing PHP web applications. 2+ years' experience in architecting and maintaining MySQL databases. 2+ years' experience in building HTML and CSS user interfaces. 2+ years' experience in using JavaScript to enhance user experience via asynchronous operations (AJAX) and single-page applications. 1+ years' experience in administrating Linux web servers, preferably using the Ubuntu distro. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis. Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Docebo, or Open LMS. Knowledge of PHP-based content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. Ability to construct new content management system features in sites without built-in CMS capabilities. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ambitious yet flexible self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment. A desire to work hard, make a difference, and have fun doing it.
