Key Responsibilities: Drive Insight's global incentive strategy and compensation plan design to deployment process for Sales, Product Marketing, and Service Delivery organizations across multiple go-to-markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design incentive compensation plans for various roles. Manage the entire incentive design process, including backssing the success of current incentives and proposing new incentive designs. Partner with the Commissions team to answer variable compensation questions. Ensure that teammate total compensation is in alignment with Insight's compensation philosophy by partnering with the Corporate Compensation team.
