As a pivotal player in the financial sector, they are committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance and regulatory adherence. The Role As a Compliance Officer, you will be an integral part of the Compliance Team, focusing on the following key areas: Representing the Compliance function on business projects, providing strategic advice and guidance. Ensuring successful implementation and onboarding of compliance requirements. Guiding the creation, review, and approval of financial promotions and customer: facing documents to ensure compliance with regulations. Offering expertise on resolutions and remedial actions for business incidents. Managing responses to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests within statutory timescales. Providing guidance on complex customer complaints and policy interpretation. Essential Experience To thrive in this role, you should bring: Extensive experience with in: depth knowledge of rules, regulations, codes of practice, and industry best practices in advertising and customer communications in the financial services industry. Working knowledge of FCA rules, especially BCOBS, and ASA codes of conduct for advertising. Proven experience in writing policies and procedures to align with customer communications...
