Key Responsibilities of the District Manager Manage and mentor a team of Store Managers to ensure operational excellence and consistent service standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales and profitability across your district. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve and exceed targets. Collaborate with the leadership team to implement company: wide initiatives and ensure alignment with brand standards. Conduct regular store visits to backss performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and individual growth. Build strong relationships with store teams, customers, and the local community. The right District Manager Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in the QSR industry. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong business acumen and a results: oriented mindset. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies. Flexibility to travel within the London area.
