Methods for assessing a candidate's ethical and professional maturity. Evaluation of candidate capabilities, technical skills, and competencies. Instruction on selecting the most qualified candidates. Guidance on standardizing hiring panels and meeting HQ USSOCOM Civilian Selection Advisory Panel requirements. Training on conducting developmental feedback for non-selected applicants. Education/Certification: Must have 5 years’ experience delivering behavior-based interview training to hiring officials or management. Possess, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree.
