We are seeking a general employee/food production associate for our Holland, Michigan facility. Multiple shifts and areas of the facility are available.Job Description:NEW STARTING WAGES of $20.25 PER HOUR (dependent on shift worked)SIGN-ON BONUS OF $1000 FULL-TIME BENEFITSOVERTIME PAY POTENTIALIn this role you will:Work multiple line positions to complete food production and quality goalsMeet all physical and food safety requirementsCommunicate with team/management to create a productive and positive work environmentCross train to learn all areas of the facility - we promote from within whenever possible!Qualifications:18 years of age or olderAbility to work in a fast-paced active environmentAble to work in a refrigerated environment with appropriate protective clothingPerform basic math functionsWilling and able to regularly lift/or move up to 40 poundsCOVID-19 Considerations:Our workspaces are disinfected multiple times per shift with PPE provided.
