Key Responsibilities Follow and provide recommendations on Engineered Labour Standards guidelines and standards for retail locations Design and conduct sampling studies and linear regression models for selected characteristics Maintain engineered labour standards up to date and in synch with the business expectations/evolution Maintain consistency in standards construction (skeleton, steps, sub-ops, segmentation, etc. ) and volume drivers mapping Propose continuous improvement opportunities with regards to ELS and industrial engineering practice.
