Technical Sales Engineer -Heat Pumps Location: Maidenhead (on-site 3 to 4 days a week) Contract type : Permanent Salary: 50,000 GBP per annum + annual bonus, and statutory provisions (25 days holiday pay, pension, sick pay, mileage, business travel and accommodation expenses covered) Role: Support the company develop a Heat-pump market across the country, be a technical expert in the heat-pump technology and resolve any pre-sales enquires, support Sales and technical activities by collaborating with clients, partners and colleagues. After the client base has successfully grown the role will evolve into service based, where you will be responding tickets or enquiries from Installers or customers and developing an in house team and expertise in Heat-pump technology. Responsibilities Take ownership of resolving technical queries from all stakeholders and educate them about the product. Aid Sales activities by demonstrating product and installation to prospective clients and installers. Support customers and installers by providing after-sales services through means of resolving technical and functional issues over calls or emails. Attend client or installer offices along with client during pre-sales and sales stages. Requirements: NVQ level 2 (or equivalent experience) within the Plumbing and Heating pathway Driving Licence Gas safe certifications BPEC L3 or equivalent in heat pump installation.
