Procurement Lawyer – Cardiff 37.50 hours a week – 9 to 5pm £22.56ph – On going contract Location - CF244HQ Hybrid or fully remote work This role will be dedicated to the South East Wales Corporate Joint Committee. The CJC is a new public body, which is at an exciting time in its development as it prepares to transition from having an Accountable Body Cardiff Council to holding assets and contracts in its own name. An procurement lawyer is needed to assist with the transition. They will be part of a small but highly performing in-house legal team, reporting directly to the Monitoring Officer. The successful candidate will be a technically competent contracts and procurement lawyer, who is also able to actively manage the contract forward plan, and work closely with instructing officers and procurement colleagues. The CJC's offices are in Cardiff but this post would also be suitable for candidates preferring to work hybrid or fully remote.
