Responsibilities: Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits. Represent clients in alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration or mediation. Contribute to business development, building the firms presence. Requirements: Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role. Experience in commercial litigation / defamation / professional negligence. Proven background in civil litigation. Motivated, proactive, and able to manage a case load independently.
