Nursery Operations Manager, Nursery Manager, Education Coordinator, Nursery Supervisor, Nursery Nursery Floor Coordinator Location: Islington, London Salary: Upto £28k DOE + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Full - Time, Monday - Friday The Client: Our client is a renowned childcare organisation with a commitment to providing a nurturing environment, they prioritise the growth and development of children aged 3 months to 4 years. The Role: As a Floor Co-Ordinator, you will contribute to establishing daily routines and oversee education provision, ensuring adherence to EYFS standards and legal frameworks. Duties: Lead and monitor daily routines for children aged 3 months to 4 years. Promote high standards to parents, staff, and visitors. Monitor planning and observation systems, ensuring best practices. Implement and monitor progress checks at age two and school readiness. Establish strong working partnerships with parents through events and meetings. Plan educational excursions and contribute to staffing schedules. Assist with staff inductions, supervisions, and development. Liaise with the manager on resource and equipment sourcing. Attend relevant training/conferences/meetings for professional development. Requirements: Previously worked as a Floor Co-Ordinator or in a similar role. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role. NVQ 3 qualification or equivalent Paediatric First Aid certification. Proficient in written and spoken English. Extensive knowledge of legal frameworks and policies.
