Then we simply give them the freedom to take their career (and Golderado) further. Key Information: Must have a minimum 3-5 years experience working as a Safety Coordinator or equivalent. Must be able to deliver and participate in safety meetings, training, orientation, inspections and incident follow up. Hours: The typical hours are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM but is dependent on project needs. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when required. Hourly rate is dependent on experience. Job Description: Participate in morning toolbox talks. Participate in weekly safety meetings. Review workers FLHA's. Deliver project site safety orientation on an as-needed basis. Organize safety training as required. Gather all daily safety documents and scan into job folders. Organize and participate in weekly inspections. Support all field safety documentation. Incident follow up and investigation. Tracking project site safety stats. Experience and Certification Requirements: Valid CSTS (Construction Safety Training Systems) certification. NCSO certificate. Travel is required - a valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract is required and must be obtained no more than 30 days prior to employment start date.
