MOBILE SECURITY OFFICER: (40 Hours per week) Start Time: Sun & Mon: :00PM to 07:00AM) Must have valid Class 5 BC Driver's License and 1 or more years experience in security. Your Must-Haves: Hold a valid BC Security License Hold a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s license and have a clean driver’s abstract OFA Level 1 Eligible for a Public Works Clearance (resident of Canada 5+ years) Experience using Tracktik software Fluent English; excellent written and verbal skills Positive attitude with professional demeanor and strong interpersonal/customer service skills Excellent attention to detail to fulfill job duties and incident report writing Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in varying situations Basic to intermediate computer skills Your Nice-To-Haves: Experience in a similar role Occupational First Aid Level 1 Job Responsibilities: Safely operating a Mobile Patrol motor vehicle in accordance with all laws and regulation. Conducting security checks at client sites according to directives, standards and post orders. Utilize company cell phones and Tracktik phone app. Conducting alarm response to client sites as needed. Conducting House Watch patrol if necessary. Attending lone worker sites to check on workers when requested. Ensuring incident and shift reports are completed including Run Sheets, Vehicle Inspection Reports, Tracktik reports and Alarm reports. Reporting for shifts on time, and maintaining proper dress and deportment at all times. Reporting any unsafe incidents, practices and/or issues. Conducting vehicle checks at start of shifts and ensuring any issues are reported accurately. Being respectful towards tools/equipment and ensuring proper key control at all times.
