Title: Town Planner Senior Town Planner Location: Bristol Salary: Attractive salary + Strong benefits package The Company Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting carbon neutral, Multidisciplinary design practice. The team are made up of 330 architects, masterplanners, town planners, landscape designers, and other specialists deliver nationally significant projects from nine regionally embedded UK studios. The role provides a great opportunity to be part of an established, friendly team supporting projects across the South: West, South Wales and wider UK. Amongst a range of duties, you will devise and execute planning application strategies, co: ordinate and submit planning applications and associated submissions, produce policy appraisals and client advice across a range of sectors. You will also assist experienced members of the team and work alongside architects and design professionals in an environment which provides opportunities to shape your career. Qualifications: MRTPI , with post: qualification experience. An enjoyment of writing, with excellent language skills and ability to effectively communicate planning arguments. A proven ability to multi: task, across many projects, helping to steer the teams workload, managing projects capably : and reporting to directors, associate directors and associates in this team. A willingness and enthusiasm for mentoring and guiding junior planning and graduate level colleagues. Why should you apply?
