About the role We are looking to appoint a Principal Consultant who will provide strategic leadership for a division within MP Smarter Travel. The role includes delivering and overseeing excellence with project tasks, business winning, line and project management. This is a rare opportunity to be instrumental in defining the future of the business, to expand into new service areas and geographies, and design and manage impactful projects. Within the role you’ll receive operational and HR support, training and professional development. You’ll work collaboratively with the Head of Consulting to design new project methodologies, keeping the business at the forefront of the sector. You’ll also work to maintain our relationships with our great clients and their wider organisations, while being supported to explore project work in your own areas of interest. Based in the vibrant Southbank area of London we have a busy, friendly office and an active social scene with regular staff events. Flexible working options are also available. About you We are looking for an individual with proven experience in project management and securing new business.
