Position Title: Client Service and Sales Manager - Nanaimo orbit and north Island Section: Business Development and Operations Location: Nanaimo Preferred, North of Victoria Supervisor’s Title: Chief Operations Officer Management/Non-Management: Management Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600 - excluding stats(May be required to work outside these hours to meet operational needs) POSITION SUMMARY Commissionaires, Victoria, the Islands and Yukon (CVIY) is looking for a Client Service Manager and Sales Manager to lead our Operations Teams in Up Island (north of the Malahat). While it is preferred the candidate be in the Nanaimo area, we will also consider qualified candidates who reside in the Comox Valley area. About CVIY CVIY is Vancouver Island’s largest private security services company, with approximately 800 employees. The division is one of the leading non-government and not-for-profit (NPO) employers on Vancouver Island. CVIY is a member division within the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires (the Federation or the Corps). The Role The Client Service and Sales Manager reports to the Chief Operations Officer and is part of the Operational Leadership Team. The successful person will lead the Operations team up Island by nurturing existing client relationships, and creating innovative solutions to meet clients needs and thereby drive revenue growth. This role will work with the Director of Business Solutions to help grow the business in these areas. This important role will be accountable to develop the organization’s strategic partnerships while aligning with CVIY’s Strategic Business Plan and corporate objectives.
