Keeping Distillation systems running at peek performance. After hours Call in's and Weekend work can be expected.Responsible for keeping plant operational and shop clean neat and organized.Minimal Skilled qualifications for this position3-7 years Welding experience with TIG welding4-5 Year experience with Electrical and Electronic systems7-8 years of Mechanical ability and aptitudeEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspection Diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and servicing of field and shop equipment and components, Facilities, machinery, associated with production.Stuffing Boxes,Gears, Motors, Bearings, Couplings, Chemical production equipment and pumps and feed systems, from fractional HP to 60 HP480VAC 3phase power system, 120/208 3phase power systemsInstall Maintain and repair equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic and disinfection equipment. Hydro mechanical systems and related equipment.. Maintains and services Centrifugal air compressors; maintains, installs, pulls, services and aligns all electric motors.Operates Shop forklift, compressors, portable generators, steam cleaners, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric tools, shop machinery and related tools and equipment.ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.REF:79515BR
