The successful Town Planner will quickly take on a varied project workload including residential, commercial and renewable energy schemes. Qualifications and Experience: Ideally candidates will have a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline and be a Chartered Member of the RTPI, candidates working towards this will also be considered. Duties: Advising on the development potential of land and buildings Assisting with the preparation of planning applications and appeals for a variety of applications Providing policy advice and research Drafting representations to plan consultations Liaising with clients Interested?
