The Role: As a Free Earner in a private client or family law department, you will manage end-to-end cases, overseeing both existing caseload and new cases. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end cases, overseeing both existing caseload and new cases. Undertake responsibilities related to Court of Protection matters. Contribute actively to team and business growth, showcasing motivation and drive. Cultivate and maintain relations with the firms clients while actively participating in the development of new relationships. Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members. Requirements: Previously worked as a Free Earner or in a similar role. Ideally have experience as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal. Experience managing an independent caseload with minimal supervision. Skilled in current legal practices and updated knowledge of SRA Code of Conduct.
