Are you interested in being a Pickleball Instructor for the Peoria Park District? Apply online today! Pay rate is $15.00-$20.00 per hour. Understand, interpret and maintain the Peoria Park District and Athletic Department's standards and policies. Responsible for teaching and instructing pickleball lessons to children and adults. Inventory equipment and make sure the environment is clean and safe for the participants. Teach classes and one day pickleball events and clinics Help organize and officiate a tournament Individual must be 18 years or older with preference given to an individual with training and pickleball playing experience. Desire and ability to work with children and adults. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Possess the ability to lead others in group and individual activities, demonstrating necessary steps and skills. The position requires effective communication with staff and program participants as well as the ability to respond effectively and quickly in varying situations.
