In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge products. If you have a passion for software testing, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in QA, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Test Plan Development: Collaborate on the creation and review of test plans and Spec Flow tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Software Solutions Testing: Verify the implementation of product enhancements and features, both software and hardware, to meet required standards. Project Management: Proactively manage open cases in project management software to facilitate timely software releases with the complete featureset. Demonstrations and Documentation: Conduct product demonstrations and prepare documentation for effective product handover. Inbox Ticket Management: Review and route Inbox tickets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction once the description has been verified.
