Senior Product Owner – n Cino, Business Transformation - Commercial Banking Purpose The Canadian Business Bank is on a multi-year business transformation strategy to optimize our process, policies, and technology infrastructure to simplify the E2E client and user journeys. The Business Transformation team is responsible for contributing to the overall success of Canadian Business Banking by developing a strategic roadmap to deliver key business initiatives, strategies and objectives on all bank priorities and ensure all activities are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The Senior Product Owner, n Cino will assume ownership for the development and strategic roadmap of the n Cino platform by collaborating with a cross-functional team to conceptualize, define and implement the platform within the Salesforce Ecosystem for Business Banking. You will leverage your ability to organize and motivate teams, work in tandem with other Product Owners, Canadian Banking Technology (CBT) Partners, Business Lines, Subject Matter Experts, Vendor and Software Developers and Designers to translate customer journey directives into actionable backlog deliverables. The Senior Product Owner, n Cino will advocate for clients and the platform users (Relationship Managers, Risk Managers, CSAs, etc. ) by defining the UX and continuously engaging SMEs and stakeholders to ensure the team is building the right solutions. The Senior Product Owner, n Cino will have E2E responsibility for the product road map and prioritization of the backlog based on user feedback, prioritization strategy and financials.
