Director of Operations Location: Portland, ORSalary: 150,000 - 160,000 + Benefits Our client is looking for a Director of Operation for their multi-unit establishment. Our client providdx a versatile and enjoyable setting for patrons seeking both casual and upscale dining experiences in the heart of the city. Responsibilities: Oversee operations across multiple restaurant locations generating 30-40M in annual revenue Review P&L reports with managers to ensure restaurants meet or exceed all financial targets Lead and mentor the management team to drive operational excellence Create and execute financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maximize profitability Ensure compliance with company required standards in areas of staffing; restaurant operations; employee and guest relations; labour costs; beverage costs, food costs, sanitation and food preparation Build, train and develop high performing teams Qualifications: Five years of experience in a similar position, managing multiple locationinteractionperience in both Full Service and Quick Service Financially savvy Understanding of P&Ls and COGs Strong communication and organisational skills A hands-on leader for the team that is passionate about people and hospitality If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Dylan today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
