This luxury hotel celebrates a signature fine dining restaurant - seating up to 80 guests, small PDR/Banqueting facilities and in-room dining - and the kitchen is overseen by the NICEST Executive Head Chef who is all about team building and personal development. Baker Benefits: Starting salary of £38,000 per annum. Working 5 nights per week, 9pm until 7am. Generous pension schemes. Free staff meals whilst on duty. In house training provided, working under the guidance of a master baker. Uniform is provided, washed, and ironed daily. Complimentary meal for you +1 on your Birthday. Baker Requirements: They are seeking a Baker who is organised, reliable and able to work alone at times. All baker applicants must have previous experience / knowledge producing breads, sour doughs, baguettes, brioche and viennoiserie.
