The Sales and Onboarding Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless customer journey within Sync. Specializing in onboarding, the specialist takes a customer-centric approach to support trial customers, addressing product and feature inquiries with precision. Beyond individual interactions, the role extends to lead distribution and qualification for the enterprise sales team, collaborative trend spotting, and cross-functional engagement with Product and Marketing teams. This multifaceted position requires adaptability, analytical prowess, and a keen focus on driving initiatives that contribute to customer success, revenue growth, and overall business objectives. Your to-do list: Manage the inbound sales queue, addressing customer inquiries from a diverse technical audience. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Sync's products and features. Assist with customer inquiries during the trial process, ensuring a customer-centric approach that is aligned with their use cases. Work closely with customers to address product/feature-related inquiries and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. Distribute and qualify leads for the enterprise sales team, ensuring.
